Outside service

In connection with the lack of clarity concerning the service of our products we would like to inform that we are not authorized to repair products of the following companies:

• Alan
• President
• La Fayette
• Midland
• Farun
• Telmor
• Sonus
• Lutola
• Unicon
• Armac

It is necessary to send this products to outside service.  This means that the time for investigating the complaint may be extended to 30 working days. In addition, we would like to remind that the complaints sent to us, will be considered only if it will be attached to them a set of documents (the purchase invoice and warranty card).
