Lechpol operational principles

  1. We operate in accordance with the Polish law and the laws being in effect in areas of our commercial activities. Moreover, we are adjusting our enterprise to meet EU requirements.
  2. We work for our customers (and to their advantage) by maintaining relationships of partnership, adhering to confidentiality principles with respect to data protection, trade information, transactions being concluded.
  3. We guarantee the highest quality of services. It is our common belief that salespeople sell not only commodities as such but something extra to go with them – sheer pleasure plus satisfaction customers encounter if attended to in a right way.
  4. We take good care of the company development as well as appeal of products we have in offer. Most certainly, we think, development and innovation are business factors able to inspire and win potential partners.
  5. We count on quality. Examination on products are carried out during production processes and once they are completed.
  6. We treat our competitors with respect. On the market we compete fairly, in a decent manner. Our key to outdistance business rivals is to ensure top quality and a vast range of products we put on the market.
  7. Our employees play efficiently in a well-coordinated team. We allow them to gain experience and encourage to seek creative solutions. Of priority to us is an effective communication, i.e. to share with each other information, knowledge and experience.
  8. Charity we are engaged in help us support the local community. Matters of the youth are especially close to our hearts. Thus, we provide schools, parishes and associations with essential backing.
  9. We give spark for sports initiatives, ensuring, among other things, sponsorship for a local, second-league volleyball team. Furthermore, we offer financial backing to venues that serve sport popularization, i.e. pitches, stadiums, etc.
  10. We create possibilities of professional progress by organizing traineeships for young graduates. Hence, they can obtain prerequisite experience while taking part in the training periods.
